When you enter your phone number in the chat on our website and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Delta-GTM (Sales OS LLC) at that number. Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer care and, if you consented to promotional messages, information about our services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email EricS@Delta-GTM.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
