1. Our services
This website describes the digital marketing and AI marketing automation services Delta-GTM offers to businesses. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee, or a promise of specific results.
2. Text messaging terms
Program description
When you enter your phone number in the chat on our website and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Delta-GTM (Sales OS LLC). Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer care and, if you consented to promotional messages, information about our services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

- Consent: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
